Vision Atlantic partnered with Emerge to develop a website that would not only represent the organization, but also support and showcase the momentum behind its community-driven initiatives. While the scope centered on website design and development, the project required a thoughtful and strategic approach to bring multiple elements together in a cohesive way.
With professionally captured photography and videography already in place, the website design was built to reflect and elevate that visual storytelling, creating an experience that highlights both the organization’s purpose and the character of the Atlantic community.
A key component of the project was the development of a custom interactive housing map tied to one of Vision Atlantic’s primary initiatives. This tool allows users to explore the development in real time, viewing progress, available properties, and opportunities to buy or rent. The map serves as a central feature of the site, helping communicate transparency, progress, and the overall vision in a way that sets both the project and organization apart.
Beyond functionality, the website was designed to clearly communicate who Vision Atlantic is, why their work matters, and how individuals can get involved. From highlighting community features to reinforcing the importance of giving, the final result creates a strong, engaging platform that supports both awareness and action.
