Emerge partnered with Live the Valley to create a vibrant, engaging website that reflects the energy of the Cedar Valley while supporting the region’s talent attraction and workforce development efforts. Designed as a companion to the Grow Cedar Valley website, the project required a distinct identity and user experience while maintaining a seamless connection between the two platforms.
Our team developed a modern, mobile-friendly website centered on storytelling and exploration, encouraging visitors to discover the communities, career opportunities, events, and lifestyle that make the Cedar Valley unique. We strategically organized content to serve multiple audiences, including prospective residents, job seekers, employers, and community partners, while integrating existing tools such as the cost-of-living calculator, job listings, blog, and social media.
To maximize efficiency, we built both Live the Valley and Grow Cedar Valley within a shared WordPress multisite environment, allowing staff to manage content across both websites while maintaining separate brands and user experiences. The result is a dynamic digital platform that inspires people to imagine their future in the Cedar Valley while giving regional partners a powerful tool to support workforce recruitment, community promotion, and long-term economic growth.
