The Cobblestone Ballroom initially partnered with Emerge to create a new website that would better showcase its event venue and simplify the planning experience for prospective clients. As discovery conversations progressed, it became clear that the property’s restaurant, The Cobb, played an equally important role in the overall customer experience.
